  Has a verifiable name, date of birth and social security number

  Is at least 18 years of age

  Is a resident of Washington or Oregon, where the Creditor offers Covered Accounts:

  Passes the identity and OFAC screening;

  Has a valid e-mail account meet our minimum credit requirements; and

  have a personal banking account at a U.S. financial institution with a routing transit number;
